Top Floor Creations, LLC (TFC) is a cookie company based in the Sierra Nevada foothills of California. It was formed to produce, market, and distribute Buzz Strong's Coffee Cookies to lovers of great taste and good coffee everywhere. Buzz Strong's Coffee Cookies were created by Carl and Carolee Weisberg in 1997. These unique cookies are the combination of Carolee's gourmet abilities and Carl's idea of a real coffee enhanced product.

They didn't want these cookies to be hyper-caffeinated, but they did want that coffee effect. After much feedback and many trials, the decision was made that 2 cookies would equal 1 cup of coffee. They thought that people would appreciate knowing how much coffee they were enjoying. In 2008, a 7 ounce box (containing 12 smaller cookies) was created for specialty grocery stores with a coffee equivalence of 4 cookies to 1 cup of coffee.

In 1998, after sampling the cookies on friends and family, TFC was created. In the first year of business TFC sold almost 5,000 cookies in the local area consisting of 25,000 people. Carl and Carolee became the "cookie people" of Nevada City. Many people would tell them how much they loved the cookies and how often they had enjoyed them. This emotional and common response encouraged them to offer Buzz Strong's on a national scale.

Today you can find Buzz Strong's in diverse venues in the Sacramento and surrounding Central Valley area. Our local support and success there has become the springboard to serving the rest of the U.S. and the world.
